

Robert Earl Rollins was born December 22, 1936 to Lee Alice Williams and George Rollins, in Marshall, Texas.
Preceded him death parents, brothers: Charlie Coleman, George Rollins Jr, Vanoy Rollins, sisters: Alice Marie Rollins and Mattie Rollins.
To Cherish his memory, a devoted wife: Ella Mae Rollins, son: Dequan Rollins, extended family members and a host of friends.
After moving to Dallas, He completed his education at Lincoln High School in 1955. He joined the Army to fight for his country. After Army training, his first and long job was at the Dallas County Chief Office in Highland Park for 20 years and after encouragement from his wife, he started with the US Postal Service as a distribution clerk for years until his retirement. He earned several honors because of his labor. He received an Honorable Discharge from the U.S. Army. He received a special Achievement Award from United States Postal Service in recognition of Notable Performance, Robert E. Rollins, Exceptional Employee.
Robert was a faithful member of Kirkwood Temple Christian Methodist Episcopal Church 1440 Sunny Glen Dallas, Texas 75252 under the Leadership Dr. Jerry L. Christian, Pastor
