Ronald Franklin Brooks, of Dallas, TX, was born July 23, 1947 to Willis Franklin & Lou Ann Brooks and passed away, December 5, 2013 in Charlotte, NC from complications of a stroke. Ron was employed by Schneider Trucking Co. He loved sports above all hobbies. We have seen him watching the Dallas Cowboys on TV, listening to the radio broadcast and holding the sports page all the same time. He also enjoyed car motorsports. Ron is preceded in death by his father, Willis Brooks. He is survived by wife Faye Brooks; daughter, Chrysta Renee Brooks; son, Gregory Ronald Brooks; mother, Lou Ann Dewitt; siblings: Montana & Nick Stickeler, Donald & Marty Brooks and James Brooks; niece, Shawna Farmer; nephews: Marc Denos, Jason Brooks & Ryan Brooks.
