Rose Marie Snell

Rose Marie Snell was born January 20, 1936 in Shawnee, Oklahoma and died July 1, 2017 in Dallas, Texas. She was a graduate of Texas Women's University with a Bachelor of Arts. She married Thomas Edward Snell on June 18, 1960 in Potawatomi County, Oklahoma. She worked as buyer for Titche-Goettinger in Downtown store with Thomas. Later retired as a doctors office data entry specialist. She was a recognized expert in genealogy and she taught locally on request and published the Heer and Toupin Family heritage book in 1987. She was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Dallas.

She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Edward Snell. She is survived by her son David B. Snell and 2 grandsons Thomas Joseph Snell and Anthony James Snell, and 1 granddaughter Ashleigh Marie Snell. She was also survived by two brothers Bernard D. Heer (Susan) and John E. Heer (Patty), 2 nephews and 3 nieces.

A visitation for Rose Marie Snell will be held Saturday, July 8, 2017 from 10 AM - 12 PM with a rosary at 11:30 AM at Calvary Hill Cemetery North Chapel. A mass of Christian burial will be at 12:00 PM at Calvary Hill Cemetery North Chapel, burial to follow at Calvary Hill Cemetery.
