A rosary for Rosemary will be held at St. Monica Catholic Church in Dallas, TX on Thursday, January 24, 2019 at 7:30pm.
A Memorial Mass will be held Saturday, January 26, 2019 at 1:00pm at St. Monica Catholic Church.
Rosemary was born in the Bonton area of Dallas to Annie Lee Ross and L.W. Williams in June 1944. She went to school in Dallas at St. Anthony's Catholic School and St. Peter's Academy where she graduated in 1961 as Salutatorian of her class. Before marrying Billy Jean Fields on November 20, 1965 in Dallas, Rosemary attended the University of Dallas for two years where she was studying to become a teacher. Before her children came along, she worked as a Teletype Operator for Blue Cross Blue Shield. Rosemary along with her spouse Billy was a Covenant Member of the Christian Community of God's Delight CCGD and St. Monica Parish both located in Dallas, Texas. Rosemary was a member of the Holy Name Society at St. Monica as well as a volunteer for the school when her children attended. Rosemary also had a deep devotion to our Blessed Mother and prayed the rosary daily as well as attending a Divine Mercy Intercessory Prayer Bunch weekly.
Rosemary is preceded in death by her parents Annie Lee and L.W., Grandmother Tennie Ross, and daughters Crystal and Mary Jean.
Rosemary is survived by her husband Billy, Children Kevin, Karen, Christopher, and Kristen; Grandchildren Jaqueline, Ryan, Lauren, and Kiyanna; Great-Grand Son Luis and Soon-to-be-born Great-Grand Daughter, Cousin Doris (Pat) Ross, Brother-In-Law Harry McRuffin, Sisters-In-Law Carla Jackson Patton, Irene Cox, Brenda Strange and a host of nieces and nephews.)
