Sandra Jean Davis

Sandra was born into a loving family and was predeceased by her father, Troy Edward Nixon Jr., who passed in 2000, and her mother, Billie Nixon, who passed in 1975. She was a devoted wife to Randy Davis and a cherished mother to her daughter, Marsha Sherron, and her son, Tim Davis. Sandra also shared a close bond with her daughter-in-law, Stephanie Davis, and adored her granddaughters, Victoria and Landry Davis, who brought endless joy to her life.

She is also survived by her two brothers, Curtis Nixon and wife Jean, and Donald Nixon, and sisters Paula Skinner and Karen Smith with whom she shared many wonderful memories. Sandra’s love for her family, especially her granddaughters, was at the heart of her life. Her kind and generous spirit left a lasting impression on everyone she met.

Sandra will be deeply missed by her family and all who knew her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those she loved.

A visitation for Sandra will be held Monday, January 13, 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Grove Hill Funeral Home, 3920 Samuell Blvd, Dallas, TX 75228. A celebration of life will occur Tuesday, January 14, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 3920 Samuell Blvd, Dallas, TX 75228. A graveside service will occur Tuesday, January 14, 2025 from 11:15 AM to 11:30 AM, 3920 Samuell Blvd, Dallas, TX 75228.
