Serafina was born on Sep. 7, 1951 in Dallas, Texas to Joseph and Rosalee Cardella. She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Charles V. Brown; Daughter Leesa Lorelle Davis; Son Joseph Edward Brown; Grandchildren Jace Brown, Dakota Davis, and Wyatt Davis; Sisters Rosemary Dyer, and Sammye Jo Duncan and numerous nieces and nephews.
