Seung Joo Lee

Seung Joo Lee, 50, was born in Pusan, Korea on May 10, 1965 to Hun Shik Lee and Kwang Sun Kang. He passed way in Irving, Texas on May 28, 2015. Seung Joo was a hard working entrepreneur who was self-driven and motivated. His ambitious and passionate nature lead him to a successful career in the fashion retail industry. Having owned his own business for over 25 years, Seung Joo provided his family with a good lifestyle. Not only did he place a lot of heart into his business, but also his family. He was a very responsible man who cared deeply for his wife and sons. Seung Joo’s tough love and dedication to his family made him a wonderful husband and a great father. To many who knew him, Seung Joo was a man defined by his actions and motives. Among his favorite things, Seung Joo loved soccer and watching movies. He is loved and will be greatly missed by all those whose heart he touched. He is survived by his beloved wife of 29 years, Mi Lee; sons, Paul and John Lee; mother, Kwang Sun Lee; brother, Seung Won Lee; and numerous friends. He is predeceased by his father, Hun Shik Lee. Join the Lee Family in remembering and celebrating the life of Seung Joo. Visitation will be held at Calvary Hill Funeral Home on Monday, June 1, 2015 between 4PM and 8PM with a Rosary at 6:30PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Andrew Kim Parish on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at 12PM with burial to follow at Calvary Hill Funeral Home.
