Shirley Ann Chaffin, age, 85 passed away on July 23,2024 in Dallas, Texas. She was born March 26,1939 in Dallas, Texas to William Thomas Minor and Esther Faye Wray. Shirley was raised in Dallas, Texas and graduated from Crozier Tech High School.
She married John Paul Chaffin in 1960 and the couple had 2 children. She was a Secretary at the El Fenix Company where she worked for more than 19 years.
In her spare time, she enjoyed visits with family and friends at home. Her family and friends will always remember her as a prompt helping person.
She is preceded in death by her mother; Faye Wray and her husband G.R. Wray. Sisters Betty Ferguson and Tommie Weaver. Brothers Billy and Bobby Thompson.
Shirley is survived by her daughter Darla Keller and son Jerry Chaffin along with 1 sister, Dorothy Curtis.
