Shirley was born in Spring Hill, TX on March 20, 1937, to Alvin and Eva Allison. She graduated from Spring Hill High School and worked for Medical City Dallas, She enjoyed bowling and reading. She was also actively involved in her church.
Shirley is preceded in death by her husband John Stevenson, parents Alvin and Eva Allison and grandson Joshua Marble.
Shirley is survived by daughter and son in law, Debbie and Sam Halbert, daughter and son in law, Rebecca and William Marble, son and daughter in law, James and Kim Stevenson, and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Celebration of Life to be held at Grove Hill Funeral Home in the Maple Venue on Friday, December 6, 2024 at 2:00 P.M.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Shirley’s memory may be made to the American Heart Association.
