Silvia Avalos de Castillo nació el domingo 8 de febrero de 1953 en Durango, México sus padres Jesús Avalos González y Virginia Silva Gómez. Falleció el viernes 8 de enero de 2021 en Dallas, Texas, a la edad de 67 años. Silvia siempre será recordada por amigos y familiares como una gran madre, abuela y bisabuela muy cariñosa. En su tiempo libre, disfrutaba cocinar y confeccionar costuras para su familia; también disfrutaba de viajar con su Esposo con el que compartio 51 años de matrimonio, Armando Castillo Campos. Silvia tenía un espíritu emprendedor y era la jefa donde quiera que fuera. Le precedieron en la muerte su Padre, Jesús Ávalos González; y su hermano, Rogelio Avalos. A Silvia le sobreviven su madre Virginia Silva de Avalos; Hermanos, Margarita López, Carmen Rios, Manuel Avalos, María de Jesús Rentería, Juan Carlos Avalos, Oscar Avalos, María Eugenia Leal y Diana Patricia Avalos; Esposo, Armando Castillo; Hijos, Sylvia Castillo Avilés y esposo José Nazario Avilés, Lydia Castillo y esposa Bell Castillo, Virginia Castillo y esposo Henry Garay, Priscella Castillo y esposo Felipe Hipólito Suazo, Armando Castillo Jr. y esposa Carmen Castillo; Nietos, Pearl Jazmin Barraza, Prisilla Gonzalez, Arthur Adiel Castillo y Mariana Castillo, Alexandrea Geselle Morales, Emily Zaydie Castillo Aviles, Hector Kypuros, Ariana Kypuros, Jacob Castillo, Ponce Newman, Leonel Rodriguez Jr., Romeo Andrew Rodriguez, Fabian Hipolito Suazo , Olga Isabella Suazo, Hailey Nicole Castillo, Armando Castillo III, Olivia Irene Castillo; Bisnietos, Cassie Renesmee Soto, Aubrie Madison Soto, Michael Andres Olivio, Arya Skye Castillo y Aiden Solorzano.

Silvia Avalos de Castillo was born Sunday, February 8, 1953 in Durango, Mexico to Jesus Avalos Gonzalez, and Virginia Silva Gomez. She passed away on Friday, January 8, 2021 in Dallas, Texas at the age of 67. Silvia will always be remembered by friends and family as a kind, caring mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. In her spare time, she enjoyed cooking, and sewing for her family; she also enjoyed traveling with her Husband of over 51 years, Armando Castillo Campos. Silvia had an entrepreneurial spirit, and she was the boss anywhere she went. She is preceded in death by her Father, Jesus Avalos Gonzalez; and her brother, Rogelio Avalos. Silvia is survived by her mother Virginia Silva de Avalos; Siblings, Margarita Lopez, Manuel Avalos, Maria de Jesus Renteria, Juan Carlos Avalos, Oscar Avalos, Maria Eugenia Leal, and Diana Patricia Avalos; Husband, Armando Castillo; Children, Sylvia Castillo Aviles and husband Jose Nazario Aviles, Lydia Castillo and wife Bell Castillo, Virginia Castillo and husband Henry Garay, Priscella Castillo and husband Felipe Hipolito Suazo, Armando Castillo Jr. and wife Carmen Castillo; Grandchildren, Pearl Jazmin Barraza, Prisilla Gonzalez, Arthur Adiel Castillo, and Mariana Castillo, Alexandrea Geselle Morales, Emily Zaydie Castillo Aviles, Hector Kypuros, Ariana Kypuros, Jacob Castillo, Ponce Newman, Leonel Rodriguez Jr., Romeo Andrew Rodriguez, Fabian Hipolito Suazo, Olga Isabella Suazo, Hailey Nicole Castillo , Armando Castillo III, Olivia Irene Castillo; Great-grandchildren, Cassie Renesmee Soto, Aubrie Madison Soto, Michael Andres Olivio, Arya Skye Castillo, and Aiden Solorzano.

I remember the first time I met Mrs. Silvia When we met it was like We had known each other for years! She was the most sweetest person! We always greeted each other with a hug and a kiss on the cheek. I’m going to miss your beautiful spirit! She will forever be our dear friend. Rest in Heaven Mrs. Silvia!
