She was born in Houston, Texas on June 7, 1952 and lived most of her life in Dallas.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Gary Hines.
Ms. Hines graduated from Sunset High School in Dallas and earned a bachelor's degree in political science at Dallas Baptist University. After attaining a paralegal certification, she worked as a paralegal in Dallas for many years.
She is entombed at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Dallas, Texas.
