Susanne Marie (Faulkner) Osborne passed Tuesday, November 29, 2022, at T. Boone Pickens hospice facility. Susanne had been in a coma at Dallas Presbyterian Hospital after suffering a severe cardiac event November 12th.
Susanne was born May 7, 1975, in Cincinnati, Ohio, and grew up in the suburb of Wyoming, OH, later moving to Austin, TX, where she attended Anderson High School. Susanne was a talented dancer in her youth, dancing in the Cincinnati Ballet Company’s production of The Nutcracker on multiple occasions.
Susanne matriculated Southern Methodist University with a BA in Psychology and a Minor in Art History, then earned her Master’s Degree from the Clinical/Counseling Psychology Master’s Program at SMU. Susanne was a Clinical Therapist at the Children’s Advocacy Center of North Texas, a Clinical Specialist at the Scottish Rite Hospital of Dallas and then worked in private practice as a licensed professional counselor, tirelessly advocating for the mental well-being of children. Susanne and her daughters also enjoyed professional modeling and acting in numerous print ads and commercials.
Susanne will be remembered as a wonderful mother, wife, daughter, sister and friend. She is survived by her loving husband Ryan Osborne (University Park, TX), her two daughters Reese and Sydney, her mother Kathleen Rifugiato (Austin, TX), father Dr. James Faulkner (Cincinnati, OH), sister Laura Faulkner (Murphy, TX) and brother Michael Faulkner (West Hollywood, CA) as well as numerous family, friends & dogs Charlie and Gypsy.
Memorial Service to be held 10 am, Friday, December 9, 2022, at Highland Park United Methodist Church in Dallas, TX.
