Teri was born on July 1, 1963, in Caribou, Maine, and was raised in Ontario, NY. She graduated from St. John Fisher College with a degree in Psychology. Teri started her career at Xerox in Webster, NY, and moved to the Dallas area in 1997. Teri spent her career as an Executive Leader in the healthcare industry, where she strived to improve the lives of those who could least afford it. She held seats on various boards of directors, was a member of the Women Business Leaders of the U.S. Health Care Industry Foundation and was highly respected throughout the healthcare community.
Teri was known for her strength and the love and compassion she had for her family, friends, colleagues and beloved Pomeranians. She was a life-long learner who never met an obstacle she could not conquer, both personally or professionally.
Teri is survived by her husband Daniel Mullaney (Dallas, TX), step-daughter Elizabeth Mullaney and husband Alan McGowan, parents Elaine and Vernon Lecuyer (Ontario, NY), sister and brother-in-law Michelle and Russ Layton (San Antonio, TX), niece Alexis Gaus (San Antonio, TX), numerous brothers and sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews.
A viewing will be held at Sparkman/Hillcrest Funeral Home, located at 7405 Northwest Highway, Dallas, TX, 75225, on Friday, January 25th, from 4:00pm-8:00pm, followed by a service on January 26th at 11:00am.
