Thomas Raymond Painter passed away on Monday, January 20, 2025. Born in Dallas on November 30, 1954, to Hazel and Raymond Painter (who preceded him in death), Tommy was a lifelong resident of Dallas and leaves behind a community of friends who were like family to him. He is survived by his cousins, Mark and Steve, as well as his children, Thomas H. Painter (Alabama) and Ashley R. Painter (Nevada).
Tommy was a proud 3rd-generation Master Carpenter, an avid fisherman, and an aspiring drummer with a deep love for music, cars, and all things beer. Independent by nature, he lived life on his own terms, embracing individuality and rejecting conformity.
Though he never had the chance to meet his grandchildren, Nate and Zoey (Nevada), his memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends. We will cherish the joyful moments, his meticulous attention to detail, and the many talents that were limitless for many years of his life.
