Of Dallas, Texas, was born May 13, 1933 in St. Louis, Missouri to Bernard and Clementine Rathheim. He passed away May 13, 2011. He is survived by his loving wife Betty and her son Mark and wife Kendra Bickham and their children, Jeremy and Melissa Bickham; brother, Gerald Rathheim and sister, Carolyn Timmerman. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Sunday, May 15, 2011 at 2:30 PM at the Calvary Hill Funeral Home, North Chapel.
