A man of distinguished character and refined taste, Tony embraced life with confidence, purpose, and an appreciation for the finer things it had to offer.
Born on November 12, 1962, in Greenville, South Carolina, Tony was the beloved son of Eburrell and Laura Mae Brisker. He later attended Robichaud High School in Inkster, Michigan, where he demonstrated his athletic abilities through his participation in football and baseball. His competitive spirit, determination, and love for sports would remain an important part of his life.
In 1982, Tony answered the call to serve his country by enlisting in the United States Navy. During his distinguished 21-year military career, he served honorably as a Hospital Corpsman, dedicating himself to the care and well-being of others. His service both at home and abroad earned him numerous medals, commendations, and ribbons, including the Navy Good Conduct Medal. Upon retiring from the Navy in 2003, Tony carried with him the discipline, leadership, and commitment to service that defined his military career.
Following his retirement, Tony began a second career with Molson Coors Brewery in Fort Worth, Texas, where he dedicated 21 years of service. Known for his integrity and willingness to mentor others, Tony was someone his colleagues could depend on for guidance, encouragement, and unwavering support.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Tony was a gentleman who truly appreciated the art of living well. An avid golfer, he could often be found on the golf course three or four times a week, enjoying the competition, camaraderie, and tranquility of the game. He had a particular fondness for life's finer pleasures, including premium cigars, memorable travels, and experiences that reflected his sophisticated taste. Whether enjoying a round of golf, exploring a new destination, or sharing laughter with loved ones, Tony believed life was meant to be experienced and enjoyed.
Tony shared a beautiful companionship with his fiancée, Lucy Estrada. Together, they created treasured memories through their mutual love of travel, adventure, and life's many experiences. Their relationship was built upon affection, friendship, and shared dreams. Tony also embraced Luz's son, David Betancourt, as his own, reflecting the depth of his love and devotion to family.
Family remained an essential part of Tony's life. He was a loving father, devoted son, cherished brother, and beloved uncle whose generous spirit and warm smile left a lasting impression on those fortunate enough to know him. He believed in treating others with fairness and kindness, offering support when it was needed, and making the most of every moment.
Tony leaves to cherish his memory his devoted mother, Laura Mae Brisker; his beloved daughter, Alexis Williams; his loving fiancée, Lucy Estrada; and David Betancourt, whom he loved as a son.
