Tyrone James

Jesse Tyrone James, age 63 of Talty, Texas, passed away on November 6, 2016. He was born on April 8, 1953 in Redwood City, California to Albert Eddie James and Annie Sue Barnes James. Tyrone married Debra Lacy Thomison on November 11, 2011 and she survives.

Tyrone was a member of the First Baptist Church of Forney and worked as an electrical engineer for Walker Engineering in Dallas. In his spare time, Tyrone enjoyed playing Texas Hold ‘Em and hunting. His greatest joy in life was the time he got to spend with his family, all of whom will miss his kind, gentle soul and smile.

Tyrone is survived by his wife Debra; children Misti Dianne Burrow and husband David, Amy RaDean Davis, Chance Smith, and Cameron Lacy; grandchildren Casey Burrow, Madison Burrow, James Davis, Marcus Davis, Caylan Bloesser, Dawson McQuagge, Lacy McQuagge, Tim Smith, Charlie Smith, Ashlynn Smith, Jake Smith, Oliver West, and Rylie Lacy; great grandson Mathias Bloesser; mother-in-law Betty Struble; siblings Michael James, Douglas James; uncles Terry James and R.V. Barnes; aunts Janet Barnes and Claudette Clark, as well as many nieces and nephews. Tyrone was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be Wednesday, November 9, 2016 from 6-8PM at Grove Hill Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be Thursday, November 10 at 2PM, also at Grove Hill Funeral Home, with Brother Dyrl Phillips officiating. Interment will follow at Grove Hill Memorial Park.
