Tyrone Petty was born July 3, 1970 in Dallas, Texas to the parentage of the late Harold Petty and the late Archie Faye Petty. He received his formal education in Dallas County Schools. Tyrone accepted Christ at an early age. Two brothers proceeded him in death, Kenneth Paul Petty and Bobby Erwin.
He leaves to cherish his memories three siblings, Billy Erwin, Larry Petty, Shawanda Graham, and Denis King; nephew Aurelious (Ray Ray) Strong; niece Shadabre' (Shay) Clegg; great-niece Nu'Vayah (Nu Nu) Petty; great-nephew Tracie (Took) Clegg; uncles Andrew Erwin and Jimmie Erwin; aunts Virginia Gray and Josephine Peck; and a host of other close relatives and friends.
