Mr. Usivio Jose Leos, 80, of Dallas, Texas, went to his heavenly home on September 21, 2014. He was born on December 16, 1933 to Parents, Augustin and Fransisca Leos. Beloved father, grandfather, brother and friend, leaves behind a loving and supporting family.
Mr. Leos is preceded in death by his parents, and his loving wife of 40 years, Alice Leos. He is survived by his children, Fabian G. Leos, Michael Leos, and Elicia Suggie Leos ; Grandchildren, Tiffany M. Leos (Kevin) Crumby, Micheal Anthony (Jacqueline) Leos, Michael Anthony Jr., Jasmine Leos, Geronimo Jay Flores, Amber Gomez and Fred Gomez III; Surviving Sisters, Josephine Molina and Carolyn Rodriguez and family and friends.
The family will receive friends during a visitation on Wednesday, September 24, from 4-8p.m. at Calvary Hill Funeral Home. A Rosary will be held at 6p.m. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, September 25, 2014 at 10:00a.m. Interment will follow at Calvary Hill Cemetery.
