

Victoria is preceded in death by her mother, Patricia Tapia; father, Gilbert Tapia; brothers, Gilbert Tapia, Jr., Ted Tapia, and George Tapia.
She is survived by her husband, James Robert Norris, and her three children who made up the entirety of her world: Dennis Ray Harris III, Virgil Lee Harris and wife, Nancy Torres-Harris, Erica Sherry Lynn Harris and husband, Jordan Chambers. She is also survived by her sisters: Tangerine Tapia and Maria Tapia; brothers, Ricardo (Rick) Tapia, George Tapia, Edward Tapia, John Tapia, and Victor Tapia.
She devoted her life to her grandchildren: Dylan Cayde Chambers, Haleigh Tatiana Harris, Jamison Blane Chambers, Virgil Lee Harris, Jr., Benjamin Carter Harris, Ethan Ray Chambers, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other loving relatives and friends.
Victoria was educated in the San Antonio Public School district where the activities she loved were volleyball, running, and pep squad.
Victoria graduated from Mansfield Business School in Dallas, TX, where she exceled in her studies.
Victoria was a dedicated mother first and foremost; she treasured her children, grandchildren, and embraced every moment with them. She had a vivacious personality and always made people around her laugh. She made friends everywhere. Victoria loved to love on people.
Victoria accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior by Pastor Michael Perry in Garland, TX and attended church at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church where she served as a faithful member who truly loved the Lord.
