Victoria Wheeler was born in Dallas, Texas on September 12, 1970 to Diana Jackson and the late Eddie Tasby. She was later adopted through the matrimony of Diana and Alexander Wheeler II. She resided in Dallas, Texas where she received her education from David W. Carter High School. She found love in playing the violin in the school orchestra. She decided to take her talents to East Texas State now recognized as Texas A&M Commerce where she served in the university choir. She accepted Christ at an early age at Alta Mesa Park Baptist Church in Dallas, Texas. Later her and her family joined Monument of Faith Church under the leadership of Pastor David Turner where she served as a Youth Leader for several years. Victoria had an undeniable passion for children and always helped to mentor youth. Victoria was greeted at Heavens gates by her loving sister Latrease Wheeler, and her grandparents, LD Dabney Sr., Alexander Wheeler Sr. (Margie Faye), and William Jackson. She leaves to cherish her memories: Her loving mother, Diana Wheeler; father Alexander Wheeler II (Genette); brother Alexander Wheeler III (Annie); sister Tmmbry Harris; daughters Chastoni and Courtoni Allen; grandchildren Qualan Hall Jr. and Haven Hall, and a host of nieces, nephews, uncles, cousins, relatives, and many friends.
