Virginia Cipriano Diaz

Virginia Cipriano Diaz, age 89, passed away on November 17, 2019 in Dallas, Texas. She was born May 21, 1930 in Kaufman, Texas to Ezequiel Cipriano and Porfiria Gonzalez. Virginia was raised in Kaufman, Texas. She was happily married to Sixto Diaz for forty five years.

Her family and friends will always remember her as an active person who enjoyed gardening. She liked to socialize and wouldn't hesitate to tell you what was on her mind. She was an extraordinary cook and enjoyed cooking Mexican dishes like, tamales, menudo and handmade tortillas. She had an enormous heart and would always welcome family and friends with open arms. Above anything else, Virginia loved and cherished her family.

She is preceded in death by: son, Pete Martinez; daughter, Rachel Martinez.

She is survived by: husband, Sixto Diaz; children, Victoria Guttierrez, Yolanda Duarte, Albert Cipriano Martinez, Micaela Martinez, Victor Martinez, Dora Duncan and Nora Martinez; as well as numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
