Virginia Gomez born in Malakoff, TX and passed on March 15, 2016. Daughter of Longino Franco and Inez Medina Franco. She liked dancing, cooking, praying (she always prayed for everyone.), taking care of her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed going to the flea markets with her husband and she had many friends and liked talking to people. She is preceded by her husband Joe Gomez, they where married sixty years, daughter Lily Ruiz, son James Gomez,sister Concha Esparza, and brothers Edward Franco, and Cirilo Franco . She is survived by her daughter Diana Nanez and two sons: Joe Gomez Jr., and Freddie Gomez; two sisters Josie DeLeon and Paula Paredes, . She also was loved by fifteen grandchildren, thirty-three great-grandchildren, twelve great-great grandchildren and followed by many nieces and nephews. We will miss you and love you Mom, Sister, Grandma and Welitha.
