I'm so saddened to hear the loss of Uncle Wallace. I have many cherished memories of him growing up.  Timmy  I know you were the highlight of his life.

Wallace was one of my best friends we went fishing together and to the  Deer lease we make Thanksgiving dinners together we make Mexican rice together he make breakfast  I remember    His dog Betsy   How much he loved her  live with him I'm his mother Wallace make the best dress in take that back his mother made the  Best but he got that from We were going to make rice over the phone because I live in Alabama but I would go down and visit human Dallas all the time I'm sure gonna miss you all I love you Mary Jane

Dearest Cousin, I’m so very sorry for your loss! I’m sending you love, thoughts & healing prayers of comfort & peace during this difficult time. 
Uncle Wallace was very special to me & much more than just an uncle, he was my friend.  Mom & I could always count on him in times of trouble.  He was part of the village that raised me & I am so grateful & thankful to have been blessed with such a loving Uncle!
I will miss our fried chicken lunch’s on my trips home, we always made a point to spend the day together at Grandma’s table laughing & teasing, talking about old times & reminiscing.
I will also miss sending & receiving birthday cards with Him.
We exchanged a small money gift In our cards, we called it sock & underwear money because that’s what Grandma would write in her cards to us lol,  So, we continued her tradition.  
One of my favorite memories as a child was when Uncle Wallace lived with us in Duncanville.  You were little & I had hit you over the head with a toy lol!  Uncle Wallace spanked me so I called my Daddy to come pick me up lol, And he did! 
Uncle Wallace, you will be greatly missed, I will forever love you & carry you in my heart!!!  

Timmy, I am so sorry for your loss!  Clinton Street won't be the same without Wallace there.  I will always remember those fabulous fish fries that he had in the back yard!  No one could fry a fish better than Wallace!  And what fun he had when visiting Jim at the ranch in San Antonio, for deer hunting.  I think it was the visiting that he enjoyed as much, if not more, than getting a big deer.  Wallace  taught me how to drive my first new car, a Volkswagon with a 5-speed. We spent a Saturday behind the old bean factory in Oak Cliff, driving back and forth until I knew how to shift those gears!  He must have had the patience of Job! He was a good brother, and to this day always teased me about getting old on my birthdays, even though he was older than me.  I loved him, and will miss him!
