

Will was born on March 5, 1957, to William Edward Bradford and Jo Deane Browning Bradford. Growing up in Oklahoma and Texas, Will played as many sports as he possibly could. Will settled on the University of Oklahoma for college and he was an avid Sooners fan. Will began working for Dresser Industries in 1977 and after graduating college, he started his career as an accountant with Dresser Industries in 1980.
Will held many significant roles throughout his career including Strategic Business Manager, Director of Human Resources, Marketing Manager, and Director of Manufacturing. Will retired from Halliburton in 2018 holding multiple roles including Product Service Line - Director of Strategic Business Management and after learning Spanish, Area Manager Role for Latin America. Will was a mentor to many and a natural leader throughout his career.
Will and his wife, Shelley, were together for 28 years. After moving from the Dallas area, they resided in Willis, Texas for the last 23 years. Will loved his entire family dearly and he loved being a dad to his three daughters and stepson. Together they found laughter in every moment and shared a deep connection that reflected the love and bond they held as a family. Will had many talents and hobbies and his humor, love and depth of spirit will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Will is survived by his loving wife, Shelley, his children Emily (Jeremy) Glasscock, Liz (Danny) Lehman, Tristan Dugas, Caitlin Bradford (Troy Cooksey), his grandchildren Elliott and Edie Lehman, Annabel Black and Jeremy Glasscock Jr., his parents William and Jo Deane Bradford, his sister Kathleen Bradford, his brother Jon Bradford, his niece Elysse Bradford and his Uncles Jack (Molly) and James Bradford, Aunt Marsha Browning, Aunt Liz Brown (deceased), Aunt Sue Bradford (deceased) and Uncle Harrell Browning (deceased). Will is also survived by numerous cousins.
A memorial service will be held at Sparkman/Hilcrest Funeral Home on November 1, 2025, at 10:00 am.
