Bennington, William “Bill” C born January 12, 1923 in St. Paul Minnesota to Ralph and Anna Bennington. Passed away November 18, 2015 in Plano, Texas. Bill was retired from the U.S. Post Office after a life-long career. Before his career with the Post Office, Bill was a Radio announcer in FT. Worth, TX. He was preceded in death by wife of 7 years, Constance Wagner Bennington and wife of 30 years, Nadine Sloan Bennington. He is survived by his daughters, Suzanne Hall and husband Steve, Carol Ratliff and husband Steve, grandchildren; Jennifer Jerger and husband Charlie and Stan Rhoden and wife Julie, great-grandchildren; Cash Rhoden, Finley Jerger, Eisley Rhoden, sisters; Mary Alice Yelverton and Carol Andries, his beloved pet, Max, Nadine’s children and other family and friends. The family would like to thank the following people who helped Bill; neighbors; Nancy Rupard, Diana Alexander and Debi Bavousett, hospice nurse, Ann, Nicole at Atria. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
