McGee, William (Dave) William (Dave) McGee, Jr. was born June 14, 1922 and passed away May 9, 2012 in Dallas, Tx to W.D. McGee Sr and Carrie Morgan McGee. David served in the US Navy in both WWII and the the Korean Conflict. He worked for over 40 years in the wholesale electric supply industry for ESCO and Rawlinson. David loved to hunt, fish and baseball, and playing in high school, then following the Texas Rangers for 40 years; listening to and watching every game possible. David was a good husband, father, grandfather, and friend and he will be missed by all those who knew and loved him in his almost 90 years. He is predeceased by his first wife of 56 years, Sara Jane; and granddaughter, Lisa. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Craig McGee; his daughter, Patricia (Andy); sons, Bill (Diane) and Michael (Joan), 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 12pm on Monday at Grove Hill, with a visitation from 5-7pm on Sunday also at the Grove Hill Funeral Home.
