William Robert Rosser, age 84, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 24, 2025. “Billy Bob”, as his friends and family knew him, was born November 14, 1940 in Dallas, Texas.
He was a beloved father, husband, and friend to many. Bill was married to Peggy Pope for 60 years until her passing in March 2023.
He is survived by his two sons, Ken and wife Cathy, Chris and wife Jenny. Grandchildren, William, Wyatt, Kendall, Jenna, and Sophia. One great grandson, Rankin. He has also left behind many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
