My father was a memorable part of my life, childhood through very young adult when my mother was still alive. I wouldn't change much as my childhood was very sweet, beautiful and when my dad was in mine, and my siblings life, many beautiful memories, vacations, holidays were certainly hands down precious.  I "did inherit"  a beautiful heart, integrity, humility,dignity and  to be kind to others, to work hard w/ perseverance.  I only prayed for my dad to be happy, loved, and mostly respected to who came into his life.  I have an enormous since of humor as did my mom and @ times my dad. It is regrettable, sad that Tom Stogner did not include his children/ grandkids the rest of his life . I pray for all, God knows our hearts, our motives and God Bless Tom Stogner. I thank you for a most beautiful childhood. I recall playing when I was about 5 years old, " Package for Mr. DADDY"!!!   and giggling so hard it hurt!   May you RIP. Sending my  sincere condolences on behalf of my late Grandmother (Tommy’s sister) Mary, and family.  I have childhood memories of my Grandmother’s trips and adventures with Tommy. They loved to travel, frequent casinos, and try new hole in the wall diners along the way. My grandmother had a fantastic sense of humor, and Tommy always appreciated it. I would overhear phone conversations between them and recall how they laughed with one another. Sometimes she would tell us a story of something funny that happened on one of their adventures and she would barely be able to get it out between laughter. I know they must be reunited and doing something fun up in the sky. I spent tons of time with my Grandmother throughout childhood and adolescence, and the love and friendship was always evident among her siblings. The trips and memories they all made-Tommy, Mary, Gloria and Carol… made me wish I had siblings as built in best friends. Love and peace, from Mary’s daughters and granddaughters. 

Great memories of growing up and spending time with the entire Stogner family, Uncle Tommy, Aunt Pasty and all our cousins. We vacationed together including RV trips to Colorado pulling trailers from Tommy's RV dealership. RIP my friend.

Mr Stogner was a neighbor during my childhood (I’m 60 now). I spent a lot of time at their house playing with his daughter. I remember when he sold RV’s, he brought one home so we could have a slumber party in it in the driveway. Then I remember when he started selling insurance. I can see him sitting in the living room stuffing envelopes to mail to potential customers. He was indeed a hard working man! He was my parents “insurance man” until they passed (I have mine with Tommy Jr). I ran into him at Pappadeaux’s several years ago and it was so great to see him. RIP Mr Stogner. 

I am so sorry for your loss, Ginger.  Tom was a hard worker and always supported his family.  He will be missed by everyone.  May he rest in peace.

I'm still in shock over the passing of Tom. I consider Tom my friend and always looked forward to his calls to my office to discuss business. Tom would call to visit about the challenges and changes to the insurance industry. There  are those calls you get and have to take a deep breath before you pick up the phone but when I was told Tom Stoner on line 3 I looked forward to that call. It was always informative and beneficial. Shannon, Tom was very proud of you I am sorry for your loss. Ginger my deepest sympathies to you partner and husband. I pray God will lead you through this and heal your heart

Tom was such a gentle and loving man!  We definitely enjoyed a shared love of food and family.  He adored my Aunt Gin and that alone made him such an endearing soul!

Uncle Tommy, you were always kind and generous with me. I will miss your laugh and those beautiful blue eyes! I have some fond memories, like when everyone crowded into my home eleven years ago for a family reunion. I will cherish these memories.

I still find it hard to believe that brother is gone.  He was the oldest and I was the youngest of seven.  We had a special bond and many good memories.  He was always a hard worker.  Our mother bought him a used red wagon when he was a child, and each day he carried groceries home from the local grocery store for the ladies in the neighborhood.   In those days, very few women drove cars. 
 He gave his little daily earnings (coins) to our mother for groceries.

 Another fond memory our mother told me about was when he was a toddler.  Our mother found some crumbled up crackers on baby sister Carol's bed near her head which brother Tom left for her so she would have some food.  Tom always wanted to be sure everyone had enough food.  I will always cherish our memories of good times and hard times that everyone experiences in life. What a wonderful way to depart--while sleeping.  Until we meet again, big brother.  With love, Gloria

I am sorry for the loss of our sweet Uncle Tommy. I have many fond memories of him. 



I appreciate the special relationship he had with my mother (Gloria, Tommy’s youngest sister).  He even would bring her ready-to-eat meals occasionally when she was in Duncanville. He loved talking to her about our English Bulldogs (who have since passed) and he really enjoyed the stories of how much they loved treats and good food. He and my Mom shared many great memories, laughter, a certain sense of humor that they both understood about each other.  They would go to Winstar and Uncle Tommy had one specific machine that he always played and almost never would play any other machine. He just had a ball going on a day outing to Winstar, having breakfast on the way up, and light dinner upon leaving the casino for the day. Thank you, Uncle Tommy, for going with my Mom, talking to her often,  and having many great memories with her.  She misses you! 



Uncle Tommy was an amazingly hard worker with a strong work ethic. He had an ability to connect with people that lots of people only wish they had or could learn. He was good to the team he had at his insurance business. 



On a more serious and personal note, he and Ginger generously gave my father a very nice high-end foam mattress with an adjustable base that my dad truly loved! My Dad told me so many times before he died how amazing that mattress felt. In fact, Dad died on that mattress! Thank you Uncle Tommy and Aunt Ginger.



Uncle Tommy, you are already missed and will never be forgotten. God Bless you, family, friends, and your business team and partners. Your memory will never be forgotten.

Uncle Tom is truly one of the kindest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. He would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. 
He loved my aunt Gin and treated her like the princess she is.  Heaven has a new angel. 
You are loved❤️

Tommy was my favorite brother. He was the oldest of seven children in our family. In the past few years I have grown closer to Tommy and we enjoyed many outings together particularly trips to WinStar which he thoroughly enjoyed. Tommy was very influential in my son Jason‘s life and he inspired Jason to get into insurance as well. Now our family runs on the insurance. I believed that my brother would live  forever so his passing has been terribly sad.  I will miss my brother for as long as I live.  Tommy was friendly outgoing and a terrific salesman.   Tommy loved food and always knew the best places.  He would have been 87 on Friday. He still will be 87 but he’ll be celebrating it in heaven.
