

“In the garden of tomorrow there is always sunshine with relief from pain and sorrow in this place of yours and mine.” Willie Kay Harrison (Kay) walked into her perfect garden on April 1, 2016 at the age of 90.
She was born in Quitman. Texas on March 10, 1926 to Winfred P. and Mary E. Morris. She moved to Dallas soon after high school graduation where she met Albert S. (Buddy) Harrison. They married on July 19, 1947 and raised two children together. Mrs. Harrison was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Besides her family, her flowers were her pride and joy.
Mrs. Harrison is preceded in death by her parents, husband Buddy, her son Albert S. (Sid) Harrison. Jr., granddaughter Chandalyn Harrison, sisters Reba Gideon and Glynnis McDonald and brother William B. Morris, nephews Joe Baily McDonald and William Perry Morris.
She is survived by daughter Beverly Kay Kelly and husband Don of Dallas, grandson Jeffrey Don Kelly of El Paso and granddaughter Jana Kay Kelly of Dallas, grandsons Allen Sidney Harrison, Adam Shane Harrison, Austin Samuel Harrison and Alec Spencer Harrison, granddaughter Catherine Alene Harrison and great granddaughter Sydney Harrison. Also surviving Mrs. Harrison is sister Juanell Morris of Quitman and nieces Martha Sue Conine of Dallas, Joyce Lynn Alston of Rowlett and Patricia Gayle Batts of Cuero.
