Evangelist Jean Morgan was born in El Dorado, Arkansas on May 15, 1939 to the parentage of Henry and Catherine Paige. Jean had twelve siblings. She was married to Elder Morgan. Jean received her formal education in El Dorado, Arkansas and later attended Cedar Valley College in Dallas, Texas. Jean accepted Christ and united with Lee Chapel A. M. E. church in El Dorado, Arkansas. She was ordained in the ministry on April 12, 1986 at True Life Gospel Temple Evangelistic Crusade, Inc. Jean worked as a secretary for 10 years in City of Dallas in the Tax Collection Department. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, and two brothers.
Those left to mourn her passing is her son Quintin Daniel (Cynthia), sisters Lily Dean Pride (Bishop Orlin Pride) and Loreen Ballard (Bill) of Dallas, TX, Lois Miner (Erskine, Sr.) of Alabama, LaTunia Paige and D' Wanda Paige of El Dorado, Arkansas, Ann Pearl Tate (Jonathan) of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and brother Winston Paige (Ava) of Dallas, TX and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
