Xian Zheng Pan, 83, passed away March 27, 2021 in Dallas, Texas. He was born August 1, 1937 in China to Ruzhen Fu and Liang Pan. He is survived by his wife, Mingzhu Zhang and daughter, Jinny Pan of Addison, Texas.
