Yolanda Guajardo

Yolanda Guajardo entered eternal rest on May 27, 2023 in Dallas, Tx. She was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother. She was born in Dallas, Texas on March 11, 1960 to Antonio and Tomasa Garcia. She married her high school sweetheart on December 23, 1975 and together they had 4 children and 10 grandchildren. She earned her Associate Degree at Dallas County Community College and was an active member at St. Philip the Apostle Church. Yolanda enjoyed reading, watching movies, crossword puzzles, and shopping. She especially enjoyed spending time with her children and many grandchildren. Yolanda will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She is preceded in death by her parents. Those to cherish her memory are her husband Ernesto “Tony” Guajardo; sons, Ernesto Guajardo, Jr. and Arturo Guajardo; daughters, Mary Helen Guajardo and Felicia Orozco; son–in-law, Carlos Orozco; grandchildren, Aliyah Loera, Ayden Torres, Alyse Orozco, Ava Orozco, Adele Orozco, Malila Guajardo, Levi Guajardo, Yohanna Guajardo, Pablo Guajardo and Paloma Yanez as well as numerous siblings, aunts, uncles and cousins. A Visitation will be held on Sunday June 4, 2023 from 1 pm – 7 pm at Calvary Hill Funeral Home with Rosary to be prayed at 5 pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday June 5, 2023 at St. Phillip The Apostle Catholic Church at 1 pm. Interment to follow at Calvary Hill Cemetery.
