My heart is broken. As I hadn't heard from you in 3 months, I started reaching out with no response. I hated to find out this way. I missed your home going service but I know where your home is. You were very special to me. Always a bright, positive, encouraging and supportive light. Until we meet again!

I'm extending  my prayers, and condolences to the family and friends. I pray that comfort finds you and carries you through your darkest hours. 
I had the pleasure of being one of the first to meet Yvonne in 2008 as her new hire trainer.  Over the past 17 years, we built a work friendship that allowed me to see how beautiful she really was inside and out. She had such a pleasant personality and godly spirit and always moved with class and grace. She will forever be missed. 

I'm thankful that God allowed me the opportunity to meet one of his sweetest angels.

Some people change your life with a single act of faith. My sister-in-law did that for me the day she hired me on the spot. No hesitation. No second-guessing. Just a firm belief in my potential and a simple, powerful message: “Keep your head up.”

That moment wasn’t just about a job—it was about dignity, hope, and being seen. She gave me more than an opportunity; she gave me confidence when I needed it most. Her trust lit a fire in me, and her words still echo when I face hard days.

She was the kind of woman who lifted others without fanfare. Her strength was steady, her heart generous, and her wisdom quietly transformative. She didn’t just make space for people—she made them feel worthy of it.

I carry her spirit with me in every act of leadership, every moment I choose to believe in someone else, and every time I remind myself to keep my head up. She gave me that. And I’ll never forget it.

Her legacy lives on in the lives she touched. I’m proud to be one of them.
