Mr. Zachary Neil Laurendine

Zachary Neil Laurendine, age 18, of Dallas, Texas passed away on Saturday, July 2, 2022. Zachary was born October 23, 2003, in New Orleans, Louisiana. He was a 2022 graduate of Jack E. Singley Academy in Irving, Texas where he was enrolled in the video design program. He was an employee of Amazon Company.

Living in Irving, Texas since Hurricane Katrina, Zachary played multiple sports, soccer, football, karate, and track. He was an avid artist who loved to draw. In 2017, Zachary participated in a local mission with IBC Spanish Church Plant and RED Church to feed the hungry. He enjoyed volunteering in the community, assisting the needs of the homeless and serving at local food banks.

Zachary was the beloved son of Zoe Antonio Laurendine and the late Shawn P. Laurendine. Brother of Andrew M. Laurendine. Grandson of Zelda Cousin, Lance Antonio, Allena Laurendine and the late Ronald Laurendine. Nephew of Zena Zuniga, Travis (Renee) Laurendine, Kyle (Tammie) Laurendine, Nicole (Derrick) Laurendine King, the late(s) Gena Nelson, and Keith Laurendine, Sr. He is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives.

The visitation will be held from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Tuesday July 12, 2022, at Laurel Land Memorial Chapel, 6300 South R.L. Thornton Freeway, Dallas, Texas 75232. Family, friends, and parishioners of Irving Bible Church, students/staff of Jack E. Singley Academy, Amazon Company, and Center for Neuro Skills are invited to attend a celebration of life service from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, with the committal service immediately following.
