Denise was a private person and for the last three years, silently but courageously battled stage four lung cancer. The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to the staff at Regional Hospice and Comfort Care Center for their care and compassion during this very difficult time.
While her life ended much too soon, she enriched the lives of countless others and in doing so, she left the world a better place. Denise lived her life much like a shooting star; while you only see them for a brief moment, you remember that moment forever.
