Dennis S. Magazzi

Dennis was born in New York City, son of the late Joseph and Elizabeth (Servansky) Magazzi. He attended Danbury High School and had worked as a truck driver for the Allied Container Corporation. He was an avid New York Yankee Fan and a lover of all sports.

Dennis is survived by his son Joseph Magazzi, of North Branford, his daughter Theresa Magazzi, of Bethel, his brothers, Martin Magazzi, of Woodbury and Michael Magazzi, of Danbury, his sister Liz McCarthy, of Waterbury, two grandchildren Marcus Magazzi and Danielle DeMato, several nieces and nephews and his beloved dog Casey. He was predeceased by his brother Joseph Magazzi.

A gathering of family and friends will take place at the Green Funeral Home, 57 Main St., Danbury, on Saturday from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Cremation will take place at the direction of the family.

The family wishes to thank the Danbury Hospital ICU Unit for their exceptional care during Dennis’ stay.
