Dwight M. McMillan

His departure has left a profound void in the hearts of his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Born on March 15, 1953, in Norwalk, California. Dwight was the son of Marshall and Viola McMillan. He spent his formative years in West Covina growing up as the youngest of three boys with brothers Michael and Charles.

Dwight had a love for engineering and all things mechanical. He grew up around the family hobby of camping, dune buggies, and dirt bikes. Dwight enjoyed this hobby with his children and extended family throughout his life in California.

Professionally, Dwight enjoyed a successful career as a Materials Manager for Frigid Coil.

Dwight is survived by his devoted wife, Ana McMillan; his loving children, Stacy (Amji) Gilani, Pat McMillan, and Jeff (Jessica) McMillan, Sandra (Josh) McAuliffe, and Andrew (Kaitlyn) Carreiro; his adoring fourteen grandchildren, Ahmer, Adam, Sofia, Saara, Felicity, Mila, Matea, Josh, Jeremiah, Jordyn, Josie, June, Abby and Joseph.

Visitation for Dwight will be held Sunday, April 7, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at Green Funeral Home, 57 Main St, Danbury, CT, followed by a funeral service at 12:30 PM.
