She was born on October 4th 1926 in Bronx, NY, the daughter of Renata and Luigi Fasani.
Elisa loved caring for (and especially cooking for) her family and friends. She hosted many Sunday family get togethers that centered around delicious Italian dinners.
She married Dante Schettino, the love of her life, and together they made their home in the Bronx. They later moved the family to CT, along with their 6 girls. She was predeceased by her husband Dante, sister Theresa, and brother Joseph. She is survived by her six daughters, Anita, Nora, Elisa and her husband Dan, Rena and her husband Larry, Linda, and Paula and her husband Mike. She also leaves behind, 6 grandsons, Dan and his wife Brook, Philip and his wife Cynthia, Art and his wife Yvonne, Matt and his wife Alesia, Ryan and his wife Kristin, and Michael Jr. She also had five great grandchildren, Dante, Philip, Amelia, Gavin, and Savannah.
Elisa had a kind and gentle soul with an outgoing personality that would light up any room. She had a heart of gold and was deeply loved by her family and everyone that knew her and she will be sorely missed by her family.
Calling hours are from 5 to 6 pm Monday, June 18th, and a Mass of Christian Burial will be held for family on Tuesday, June 19th at 11am at St. Josephs Church in Brookfield, CT.
