Elizabeth Mary (Tomaino) Robbins passed away in Danbury, CT on December 24, 2025. Known as Betty, she was the daughter of Anthony and Marietta (LoStocco) Tomaino. Betty was born in Danbury, attended Danbury schools and worked as a waitress throughout the Danbury area.
She is survived by her two sons, Philip (Glaucia) and Robert Britton and three step-sons, Michael (Margaret), Laurence (Susan) and Dr. Richard (Ann) Robbins. In addition to her parents, Betty is predeceased by her husband James, brothers Peter and Anthony Tomaino and three nephews, Peter, Michael and Christopher Tomaino.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, January 5, 2026, at 10:30 AM at St. Gregory the Great Parish, Great Plain Rd., Danbury followed by burial at St. Peter Cemetery. Her family will receive visitors on Sunday, January 4 from 3 - 5 PM at Green Funeral Home, 57 Main St., Danbury.
