She is survived by her daughter, Anna Luczak Zancan (Dennis Sr); her two grandsons: Dennis (Shellie) and Alex (Toni-Ann); as well as three great grandchildren: Liliana, Noah and Naomi.
Evelyn better known as Gram Gram, loved her family and enjoyed them stopping by. She always made sure there was mac & cheese, roast with her special gravy and of course everyone’s favorite flavor of soda available.
Gram Gram was/is truly loved and will be deeply missed by her family.
A private memorial will be held later this summer. Evelyns family would like to express their gratitude to Regional Hospice for their incredible support and the ladies from Senior Helpers.
