Frances was born in Astoria, Queens to the late John and Bridget Fitzpatrick. She was predeceased by her sisters, Mary Rossiter and Ann Brunner and brother, James Fitzpatrick.
Frances was married to the late Donald P. Bach.
Retiring in 1988, Frances was a Nurse Supervisor at Union Hospital in the Bronx.
She is survived by her son, Donald, and his wife, Catherine. Her two grandchildren: Daniel Patrick and Rory Margaret Bach. Many nieces and nephews also survive.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:00pm (noon) on Friday, March 16, 2018 at St. Mary Church, Bethel, CT.
Burial will follow at Rose Hills Memorial Park in Putnam Valley, New York.
Friends will be received from 4pm to 8pm on Thursday, March 15, 2018 at the Green Funeral Home, 57 Main Street, Danbury.
