GiGi was born in Danbury, graduated from Danbury High School and had worked as an Assembler for the former Siemans Co. of Brookfield. Her #1 passion was Elvis Presley and Dancing. She enjoyed summer camp annually and excelled in the Special Olympics. She was avid sports enthusiast, a long time member of the Vespucci Club and had a lust for life and loved all people.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her sister Judy Mazza, brothers Donato and Philip Gallo and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father Domenico Gallo, her brother Vincent Gallo and infant sister Donna Marie Gallo.
Family and friends may call at Green Funeral Home, 57 Main St., Danbury, on Tuesday evening from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Interment will be private. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Peter Church on Wednesday morning at 10:00 a.m.
