Heung Soon Seo

Mrs. Seo was born in Seoul, Korea on February 24, 1933.

She was a homemaker and loving mother who dedicated her life to her church, family and friends. She loved God and served as a deacon of the Korean Sarang Church of Danbury for last 26 years.

She is survived by her 3 daughters: Okjin Pivarnik of Brookfield, CT, Okbun Chung and Kumjin Chung of South Korea and a son: Kiyean Chung, also of Brookfield, CT. She is also survived by her granddaughter, Jeun Pivarnik and her husband, Jerome Ferreira, and their daughter, Laila, of Houston, TX; her grandson, Suk Kim and his wife, Hemi Yu, also of Houston, TX. She is also survived by 2 granddaughters and 2 grandsons in South Korea.

Her youthful energy and contagious smile will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure to know her.

Funeral Services will be conducted Thursday, Feb 12, 2015 at 11am at Green Funeral Home, 57 Main St., Danbury, CT. Interment will be at the convenience of the family.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2015 from 5pm-8pm at the funeral home.
