Joan H. McKnight

Joan was born June 4, 1934 in New York, NY the daughter of the late Joseph and Helen (Hofferer) Harlacher. She had resided in Bronx, New York and was formerly employed with New York Telephone. Joan had been a Danbury resident for the past 45 years and enjoyed cooking in her spare time.

In addition to her husband, Joan is survived by two sons: Gordon J. McKnight Jr. and his wife Annie of Brookfield, and Glenn McKnight and his girlfriend Irene of Danbury, and one brother in law Thomas McKnight of Bronx, NY.

Funeral services will take place on Monday Sept 16th in the Green Funeral Home, 57 Main Street, Danbury at 11:00am. Interment will be private.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday Sept 15th from 5 thru 8pm.
