Keith J. Font

Keith was a 1988 graduate of Brookfield High School. He was associated with DATAHR (now Ability and Beyond) for many years. He spent his last 17 wonderful years in Southington, CT at a Continuum of Care residence.

Keith enjoyed music, watching all sports, especially professional wrestling, PlayStation 4 games, watching DVDs, and he loved traveling with his parents to North Carolina, Colorado, California and Hawaii.

He was very involved in CT Special Olympics – an annual and year-round participant.

Keith was also active with St. Joseph Church, Brookfield. He was an usher, and dedicated volunteer at the annual church picnic and other church events.

Keith enjoyed working and was always eager to help with whatever needed to be done, like mopping kitchen floors, vacuuming, and just rearranging items back into their correct places.

Keith is survived by his parents, Bill and Pat Font; his brother, Robert J. Font; sister, Katherine Font Kaiter; and his nieces and nephews: Christopher Font, Kaylynn Font Dupree, Spencer Clark, Ayden, Ellasyn and Kamryn Kaiter; as well as his great-nieces and nephews: Cillian, Cade, Hudson and Blakely.

He was predeceased by his grandparents Robert and Alyce Murphy and Rose and Joseph Font.

Keith’s family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the entire staff at the Continuum of Care, Marion Avenue residence in Southington, CCARC staff for always providing Keith with many work and social opportunities, and to the Bristol Home Care & Hospice Agency for their care, support, and compassion.

Relatives and friends may greet the family on Thursday, February 19, 2026, from 9:30am – 10:45 am at St. Joseph Church in Brookfield followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am, the Reverend George F. O’Neill officiating.
