Linda J. Deakin

Linda was born November 27, 1946 in New Milford, the daughter of the late Herbert and Eileen (Frede) Clarkson. A lifelong Bethel and Danbury resident, she was a graduate of Bethel schools and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, watching Hallmark movies and beach vacations with her family.

Linda is survived by her daughters: Robin Monks and her husband Keith of Stratford, and Traci Fabrizio and her husband Edward of Rancho Cucamonga, CA. She is also survived by four grandchildren: Tom, James, Lucy and David, two sisters, Eileen Valenti and Beverly Poklemba, both of Bethel, along with several nieces and nephews. Linda was predeceased by her daughter Debra Deakin and her sister Jane Keane.

Funeral services will take place on Thursday February 24th at 11:00am in the Green Funeral Home, 57 Main Street, Danbury. Burial will follow at Saint Mary Cemetery, Bethel.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday morning from 10:00am until the time of the service.
