Lorraine G. Fancher

Lorraine was born in Danbury, CT, the daughter of the late William and Edith (Linstrum) Sonnenburg.

Lorraine loved baking, crocheting, and traveling, but her passion for ballroom dancing earned her many medals and awards.

Lorraine is survived by two children: her son, David, and his wife, Mary, of Bethel; and her daughter, Diane Sinton, of Summerfield, FL. She is also survived by five grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Lorraine was predeceased by her sisters, Marjorie Varcoe, Arlene Pieplow, and Dorothy Mock.

A Graveside Service for family and friends will be conducted at 11 am, on Monday, January 4, 2021, at Elmwood Cemetery, in Bethel, CT with the Rev. John Parille, Pastor of the Bethel United Methodist Church, officiating.
