Lorraine Traisci

Lorraine was the wife of the late Anthony R. Traisci, who predeceased her in December 2001. She was born in San Antonio, TX. She was raised in Canada and attended the Fraser College, graduating with an Associate Degree in Business Administration. She was a real estate broker with the Anchor Agency in Westport, prior to moving to Danbury in 1973. Prior to retirement, she had been an Assistant to the Director of Special Education in Ridgefield, for fourteen years. She was employed for a number of years as Office Manager for her son, Attorney Peter C. Hunt.

She is survived by three sons: Dr. John D. Hunt of San Angelo, TX, Attorney Peter C. Hunt of Danbury and Christopher G. Hunt of Australia and her step-son Peter Traisci and wife Gail of New Fairfield, seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother William G. Cameron and her sister Elizabeth Marshall.

At Lorraine’s request, there will be no calling hours. Interment will be held privately. Green Funeral Home, 57 Main St., Danbury, is in charge of arrangements.
