Margaret A. Kleis

Margaret (Peggie) Kleis, 80, passed away Sunday, July 15, 2012. She was the wife of the late Robert (Bob) Kleis. Peggie was born in Yonkers, NY. She grew up in Yonkers and moved to Brewster, NY to raise her two daughters. For the last 34 years, she has been a Danbury resident.

She is survived by Diane Zelenski and husband, Michael (Zeke) of Danbury, and Peggy Aulabaugh of Wingdale, NY; two wonderful grandsons, Brian Cummings and his wife, Kristen, and Scott Cummings and his wife, Brittany, all of Florida; a beautiful granddaughter, Jenna Aulabaugh of Wingdale, NY; and a special niece, Patricia Potter, along with many friends and relatives.

The family will receive friends at the Green Funeral Home, 57 Main Street, Danbury, CT on Wednesday, July 18, 2012 from 11:30 am - 1:00 pm. Graveside services will take place at St. Peter's Cemetery in Danbury at 1:30 p.m. Peggie's family hopes that everyone who knew her will remember her for embracing life with a positive, loving and caring spirit and for always making people laugh by just being herself.
